Shannon has over 21 years of interiors experience, and has been involved in every facet of both furniture dealerships and manufacturers including sales, design and project management. After running three companies for others, he started IE in order to set a new level of industry performance.
As Owner and Principal of Inside Evolutions, his goal is to make sure the right team and products come together to ensure a project, regardless of size, is completed to the client's specifications and exceeds their expectations. As an industry leader, Shannon is a key advocate for IIDA, TAID, and Vistage.

Tiffany is a Director of Sales for government and A&D for the Houston Market. She studied Interior Design at the Art Institute of Houston and is passionate about colorful design. With over 9 years in sales and design with a focus on interior furnishings she brings and in-depth knowledge and expertise to her clients on a variety of product types.
Committed to see her clients excel she is driven to provide the best service and superior value. She is a natural problem solver and will work to offer the best solution for her clients. She genuinely cares about the end user and loves getting to know those she works with.

Kim joined Inside Evolutions in 2017 as the Director of Sales specializing in Education. She graduated from UCLA and has been in sales and management for over 25 years. Throughout her Sales career, she has been successful by building and maintaining strong relationships and helping clients find solutions based on their needs.

She is an accomplished, detail-oriented, relationship-driven, enthusiastic, and motivated B2B sales professional with extensive and versatile experience in all levels of the sales process with various products and services. She is the recipient of various awards, contest prizes, and bonuses as recognition for job performance excellence.
Kim is a native Houstonian, graduating from Bellaire High School. She has been a Bellaire resident for over 20 years.
Ethan Schaefer joined the Inside Evolutions team as the Director of Sales for the Austin market. Prior to this, Ethan worked as a sales rep at KI, a contract furniture manufacturer headquartered in Green Bay, WI, where he supported customers in the Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas markets. Ethan’s success is attributed to his strong ability to build trusting relationships and use a consultative selling approach with his customers. He understands the importance of listening to ensure the customer’s vision and brand is represented through their work environment.
Ethan grew up in Green Bay, WI and attended the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse, receiving a B.S. in Marketing. This is where his passion for sales began, finishing top 10 in the University Sales Pitch Competition. Outside of sales, Ethan has a passion for cooking, clay shooting, and being a shareholder of the Green Bay Packers. Go Pack Go!
Penni joined Inside Evolutions in 2018 as Director of Sales for South Texas, she has over 20 years of experience in the Commercial Architectural and Interior Design Industry. Earning a BS in Interior Design from UTSA she strives to stay current and on track with the ever evolving design industry. She passed the NCIDQ and became a Registered Interior Designer in 2003. She worked as a facility designer for a Fortune 500 company then moved to an A&D firm specializing in tenant improvement and MOB projects. With a broad range of design skills, she then moved into commercial sales as an account manager for a major flooring manufacturer, where she worked and excelled for almost 15 years. There she specialized in commercial flooring specifications and became a valued resource to designers and end users, being awarded for growth and sales volume.
As an experienced contract specialist with a demonstrated history in the textiles industry, she wanted to get back into more hands on design and moved into the contract furniture division. Here she understands the importance of merging beauty with functionality and sustainability. Being a dedicated designer, she works hard to bring “High Design and High Value” to A&D firms as well as end users and contractors.
When she is not working she can be found attending numerous sports and FFA events with her husband and two daughters. As a family they work, study, compete, and enjoy winding down on a lake or river, or listening to local country music artists in a variety of venues found in the Texas Hill Country.
Cindy Mueller is the Sales Coordinator and Showroom Manager for Inside Evolutions. Cindy has extensive experience working for both an independent manufacturer’s rep and the manufacturer since 1999. She provides pre-sales and post-sales support to the sales team and customers and is responsible for the day to day operations of the showroom.
Christina is a Senior Designer for Inside Evolutions in Houston. She has over 7 years of experience in the interior design industry, including: sales, kitchen design, furniture specification, project management and installations. Passionate about providing stellar solutions for her clients, she produces designs that are both beautiful and functional to go beyond their needs. Her MBA and prior accounting experience make her inclination towards attention to detail an invaluable asset as a designer.
Aside from her interest in midcentury furniture and modern design, Christina enjoys surfing, working out, grilling with friends and family, singing karaoke and being outdoors with her dogs.
